SnipRelay respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the SnipRelay service.
Because SnipRelay is a technical tool that processes content from third-party URLs (e.g., YouTube, Twitch) and delivers it to other platforms (Discord, Telegram), our ability to "remove" content is generally limited to:
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content processed by SnipRelay infringes your copyright, please submit a notice containing the following information:
If you believe your content was removed (or your access to clip a specific URL was blocked) by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent.
Your counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the material that was removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
SnipRelay maintains a strict "Three Strikes" policy. We will permanently terminate the accounts of users who are the subject of repeated DMCA notifications.
If a user is identified as a repeat infringer, we will ban their Discord ID and Telegram ID from accessing our services globally.
