By accessing or using the SnipRelay Discord Bot, Telegram Bot, or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

SnipRelay provides a software utility that allows users to extract, trim, and reformat short segments of video content from third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch) for personal sharing purposes.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will function with every third-party website or URL, as external platforms frequently change their technical systems.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Download or distribute content that violates the copyright or intellectual property rights of others.
• Process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or sexually explicit (NSFW).
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or cooldowns imposed by the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

SnipRelay is a technical tool. We do not claim ownership of any content processed through our Service. You retain full responsibility for the content you clip and share.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to download and edit the content you submit to SnipRelay, or that your use falls under "Fair Use" exceptions in your jurisdiction.

DMCA Compliance: We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us at dmca@sniprelay.com to request a block on specific URLs.

5. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

5.1 Subscriptions

Premium features (Personal and Server plans) are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the web dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

5.2 Day Passes

"Day Passes" grant 24-hour access to Premium features. These are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.

5.3 Refund Policy

• Subscriptions: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers if the bot fails to function as described.
• Day Passes: Due to the immediate and short-term nature of the access, Day Passes are non-refundable once used.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SnipRelay, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms (Discord, Telegram, YouTube, etc.) against your account resulting from your use of this Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
