1. Overview

At SnipRelay, we strive to provide the best video clipping experience possible. However, we understand that sometimes a service isn't the right fit. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request them.

2. Subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly)

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund for first-time subscribers within 7 days of the initial purchase.

Eligibility for Subscription Refunds:

  • You are a first-time subscriber to a Personal or Server plan.
  • Your request is made within 7 days of the initial transaction date.
  • You have not significantly abused the service (e.g., clipping hundreds of videos and then immediately requesting a refund).

3. Day Passes

Non-Refundable

Day Passes ($1.99) grant immediate, short-term access to premium features. Due to the immediate consumption and low cost of this product, Day Passes are non-refundable once purchased.

4. Refunds for Technical Issues

If you are unable to use SnipRelay due to a technical error on our end (e.g., bot downtime exceeding 24 hours), you are eligible for a refund provided you contact us while the issue is occurring.

5. Platform Bans & Service Availability

No Refunds for Platform Bans

SnipRelay relies on third-party platforms (Discord and Telegram) to function. If our bot is banned or restricted by these platforms, we cannot refund previous payments.

In the event that the SnipRelay bot is suspended, banned, or permanently removed from Discord or Telegram due to a violation of their Terms of Service (whether actual or alleged):

  • No Refunds: We will not issue refunds for any time remaining on your current subscription (monthly or yearly) or Day Passes.
  • Billing Cancellation: We will immediately cancel all active recurring subscriptions to ensure you are not charged again in the future.

By subscribing, you acknowledge this platform risk and agree that SnipRelay is not liable for interruptions caused by Discord or Telegram policy enforcement.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the SnipRelay Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting our support team first will result in the permanent suspension of your account and a ban from using the bot.
